Limited amount of exhibition space is available for environmental organisations and community groups to present their work at #Biodcon22 'Act Now For Nature' Dublin Castle event on June 8&9.
A small number of spaces will be available at the conference venue for exhibition / display booths, which will be released to interested parties on a first come, first served basis. These spaces will be available to civil-society organisations and state or semi-state agencies or community groups, who wish to more formally engage on biodiversity-related topics with conference attendees, exhibit information about projects or other work, and share print materials. Please note that these spaces cannot be used for commercial purposes, so sales of books, memberships, souvenirs etc will not be supported.
The space available for display stands is as follows:
Footprint (floor measurements): maximum 3000mm x 1500mm
Table space provided: 1800mm x 800mm
2 x chairs
Please note that for reasons of safety and visual impact, some restrictions on the size and number of backdrops or pop-up stands may apply.
